Google Drive Forms and Documents

My Class challenge

To access Google Forms using my device the steps are as follows.

• Go into Google Drive
• Select " My Drive"
• Click on the drop down Menu
• Select Google Forms
• Select blank Forms
• Go Straight into Settings
• Then I begin to input information within the "Google Forms"
• Input Title highlight
• Double Click on Top Left hand corner to Copy title
• Type in the Description
• Students Name - Select Short answer
• Commence Exam by using the + sign on the right side of the screens menu
• 
  
• Once I have started my exam I go back into settings
• Select Quiz
• Choose my How I wish to release my "Grades"
• Either Immediately or Later after manual view

Save my settings

As Each question is being formatted options of:

Types of Answers

Answer key

Points per question is available

Complete and Preview quiz

Select send

Option of just sending and invite or attaching quiz to email recipients  

Select Send

My Challenge was the method in which my device uses Google Forms and Documents. As stated above I was patient, further practiced with my "Next Book" and over came the obstacles.

Through my Exploring I learned another method which is the operation of my device. Hence, without the generating a separate answer sheet. My answers and grading system is built into my quizzes.

Hence, with this next method of constructing my tests and quizzes. I am able to engage my students into doing online exams which are more exciting. Therefore, lessening their tension about exams.
